Our return policy is for store credit only.
Items are eligible for return if:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and original tags attached.
- FINAL SALE: Sale, jewelry, home & gifts, monogram items and items purchased with a discount code of 40% off or more.

RETURNING AN ORDER
- Enclose the below portion of the return form (enclosed with your order) with your info and the items you are returning.

Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. We recommend a method that includes a tracking number to track its journey back to us.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2-3 business days, at which time you will be issued store credit via e-mail or given a paper in store.
Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can either:
- Reorder the item in the size you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 14 days) for a refund.
- Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like.
